Larry R Popeil MD PA has been a Family Physician in Ocala since 1986.  The office is centrally located just a few blocks from the main hospitals.   You will see your primary care physician on every visit. Your doctor will listen to you as every visit you have is face to face.  We do not believe in spending your visit typing on a computer.  We offer same or next day appointments and our patients are always seen for their appointment in a timely manner.  We have a caring staff who will listen and respond to your needs.  We are focused on maintaining your health with preventative care and follow all appropriate guidelines based on your age.

We are able to care for a multitude of chronic medical conditions, often without the need of specialists.  We see a large number of geriatric and adult patients with multiple medical problems which include Adult Onset Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, High Cholesterol, Peripheral Arterial Disease, Enlarged Prostate, Abnormal Thyroid function to name a few.
